This is our Fat Gold Blue, made from arbequina and picual olives harvested in November 2024. It's fragrant and fruity, with notes of apple and chamomile. Since it has tons of fruity flavor without a bitter edge, Fat Gold Blue really shines with lighter, simpler food. It’s lovely with salad, vegetables, and seafood.
