We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible.  Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed.  We are unable to cancel or edit any part of an order once it’s been placed.

We love attaching personalized cards, so feel free to write a small note under the comments section upon checkout. We will send the message to your loved ones with the gift and/or electronic gift card.

We understand shipping rates can be very costly and we strive to provide you with the most cost-effective shipping service for the delivery of your special order.

Once checkout is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.  After your order is shipped, we will also contact you with the tracking number of your shipment and courier (USPS or UPS).

And finally, your order is packaged with care using eco-friendly, sustainable packaging material and we highly encourage recycling, regifting, and reusing the packaging material after opening.

For all products purchased with Iris & Stout, our wish is for you to be happy and enjoy creating your own story with the items. However, we understand clothing + shoes + belts fit differently for everyone, so it can be tricky ordering these products online. Please refer to the sizing charts provided on our website to find the best fit when ordering sizes.  In the end, we want you to be completely satisfied with the look and fit; therefore, we will accept exchanges for clothing + shoes + belts if they meet the following requirements: 

*All items must be returned unused, unworn, and unwashed with original packaging and tags attached.

* Items considered for return must be within 14 days starting from the day of receiving your package.

Please include the item to be returned and the size you would like to exchange and replace. We will provide our shipping address and confirm our inventory.  Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility; however, we will ship the correct size free of charge once we receive the returned item.

*Products must be shipped in appropriate shipping boxes.  Products returned in improper shipping boxes may not be accepted.
